Servicer Access to VALERI
Establishing New Servicer in VALERI
If you are in the process of being the primary servicer of a VA Guaranteed Loan(s), you are required to report at least monthly on the status of each VA loan in your portfolio. To report the status, you must have access to VA's VALERI application. For more information on access to VALERI, please contact LGY through the ServiceNow portal.
Existing Servicer - Requesting User Access
Prior to accessing the VALERI application, servicer users must complete an identification verification process through AccessVA. The VALERI Helpdesk does not manage this site, so questions related to AccessVA should be directed to 866-775-4363.Training
The VA Loan Electronic Reporting Interface (VALERI) enables VA and Mortgage Servicers to work together to assist Veteran borrowers with VA-Guaranteed home loans. Servicers also use the VALERI application to report the status of active loans, request reimbursement, and monitor their VA loan portfolio. This video will educate servicers on the following items:
Approving users, navigating the system, reporting data, filing basic and appealed claims, uploading documents, and viewing reports.
